Join Chef Judith as she teaches us to make Moqueca, a Brazilian Seafood stew is easily mastered and special enough for an elegant dinner party. We will also make a beautiful cider glazed salmon is absolutely wonderful served over hot rice. We will round out our menu with a cozy Saffron Seafood Risotto.
