Learn two methods, one traditional and a simpler yet still delicious version best suited for those busy weeknight dinners. Enjoy using a clay mortar and pestle to make a Green Papaya and a Green Mango salad. Sticky rice steamed in a bamboo steamer will round out this traditional Thai meal.
