SOLD OUT: Intro to Indian Cuisine with Chef Judith

Join Chef Judith as we get comfortable with extensive spice identification. We will try our hand at toasting fresh spices and grinding our own Garam Masala. Chef will teach us to make Ghee, the lovely butter that makes Indian cuisine so rich and flavorful. Using these ingredients we will prepare a fragrant, exquisite Chicken Curry with a side of jeera pulao (a beautifully spiced basmati rice).
