Join Chef Judith as we learn to make homemade ricotta ravioli using the Chef’s mother’s recipe that we will top with a sublime tomato sauce and serve with a side of swoon-worthy Chicken Saltimbocca (translates to Jump in the Mouth). We will finish the meal with a fragrant almond flavored Fairy Godmother Cake.
