Elevated Asian Inspired Vegetarian Cuisine with Chef Judith

Learn several recipes and techniques from Asian cuisine that will expand your vegetarian menus. We will prepare a unique, hearty butternut, Tamarind and coconut Stew from India. Then Chef Judith will teach us a Korean spicy tofu over rice that is sure to become a staple in your household. We’ll also make slow-cooked Shiitake mushrooms from Japan and Okra prepared in a traditional Indian technique.
